I started the exercise program and most of the dietary changes about 1 week ago. My stomach feels so much better! I cannot believe it is true. The chronic discomfort and belching have subsided to a remarkable degree. It is the first time in years that I have had such a reprieve, and the ability to enjoy just being is entirely different from usual. If I were not the person this I would not believe it.

I have found the advice to tell myself that the food cravings I get are really tricks pulled on me by the unhealthy food and that they will take me down the miserable path I have lived for years. I have lost about 5 pounds, I feel more energetic, and am eager to do my exercises in the morning. I am encouraged. If I make it, anyone can …
