With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to live healthier, happier, and more energized lives. Growing up as a competitive athlete, I’ve always been drawn to the transformative power of exercise. I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives by helping them develop healthy habits and improve their overall well-being. I truly believe exercise is medicine, muscle is your currency of health, and that we must be proactive with our health instead of reactive. With a degree in Exercise Science from UW-Parkside and being certified as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and a Golf Fitness Specialist, I’m equipped to provide comprehensive guidance for clients of all ages and fitness levels. My expertise allows me to tailor programs that address individual needs and goals, helping you achieve optimal health and well-being.

With over six years of experience as a certified personal trainer, I am passionate about helping clients progress in both their fitness ability and overall health. My greatest motivation comes from seeing people build confidence, strength, and healthier lifestyles through consistent effor and guidance.

I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Personal Training Director for multiple gyms, where I led teams of trainers and developed programs to support clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. As well as experience developing young athletes. My certifications in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, and training with Older Adults allow me to create tailored, safe, and effective programs that meet each individual’s unique needs.

Whether it’s helping someone improve mobility, gain strength, or feel better in their day-to-day life, my focus is always on long-term success and sustainable progress.

With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to fitness, wellness, and longevity. My certifications include Lagree Pilates instruction, a 200-hour Yoga Instructor certification, Group Fitness instruction, Women’s Hormonal Health & Wellness certification, and Nutrition Consulting. This diverse background allows me to design programs that are both science-based and holistic, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in posture correction, proper body alignment, injury recovery, and body recomposition. My mission is not only to help clients achieve their goals but to build sustainable strength, resilience, and confidence through intentional training. Nearly a decade ago, I began my own personal journey into biohacking and longevity—exploring advanced strategies for health optimization, recovery, and performance. As a competitive athlete and fitness model, I embody the lifestyle I teach, living as a daily example of discipline, balance, and vitality. Catherine is a dedicated trainer with a determination to help others live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations, is a certified ISSA Nutritionist, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She also has advanced training in (TRX)Total Resistance Exercise. Her love for fitness has evolved into a professional mission to inspire lasting change. In recent years, Catherine has refined skills that she is eager to pass along to her clients, guiding them toward improved strength, balance, and energy. For Catherine, longevity isn’t just measured in years, but in the quality, vitality, and joy of each day. She believes that health is a lifelong journey, and that movement, recovery, and nutrition are the key. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the aging process, offering not only professional expertise but also personal insight. Zach is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and proud United States Marine Corps veteran with a deep commitment to helping individuals build strength, resilience, and long-term health. He brings discipline, leadership, and a mission-driven mindset into every training session, creating an environment built on accountability, structure, and real results. Zach has personally competed in bodybuilding, as well as completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons, giving him firsthand experience in both strength and endurance performance. He is passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth, and thrives on connecting with like-minded individuals who are driven to improve themselves both physically and mentally.

Zach specializes in body recomposition, functional strength development, and performance-based training designed to enhance confidence, energy, and overall well-being. He believes true transformation is built through consistency, intentional training, and sustainable habits that extend far beyond the gym. Erin is a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. With a lifelong passion for sports, including competitive figure skating, Erin has dedicated her life to teaching and Fitness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Movement and Sports Science with a minor in Health Education and a Master of Arts in Physical Education Certification with a minor in Nutrition. Erin has earned professional status in several top bodybuilding and fitness organizations, including IFPA and WBFF, where she placed among the top athletes globally. She has been featured on multiple fitness magazine covers and has contributed numerous articles to mainstream publications. As a personal trainer she has worked with individuals from beginners to professional athletes. With a strong passion for helping others, Erin has taught and coached throughout her life. Erin’s expertise extends to hormones, nutrition for all ages, and how stress impacts overall health and wellness. Erin delivers a holistic and compassionate approach to fitness, empowering individuals to enhance their well-being and achieve their full potential.

Adam Mena

Certified Personal Trainer

My name is Adam Mena and I am extremely excited and proud to be a part of the team at Reveal Vitality and Longevity. I am a former professional soccer player turned strength and performance coach with a lifelong commitment to fitness and athletic development. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Technology, Business, and Society. As a scholarship athlete, I was a four- year member of Notre Dame’s men’s soccer team. Following college, I competed professionally with the Vancouver Whitecaps of Major League Soccer and the Charleston Battery of the USL Pro League. Transitioning from soccer to coaching, I have accumulated years of experience as a group fitness trainer, strength coach, and personal trainer across top facilities. I hold advanced certifications from both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), specializing in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. My training philosophy blends my background as a high-level athlete with cutting-edge functional fitness and sports performance methods, making me uniquely skilled at coaching clients from everyday fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes. I’m known for my “high energy” and enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to connect with clients. I bring both scientific expertise and personal experience to every training session. My mission is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential, whether it be for athletics or everyday life while building lasting strength, resilience, and confidence both inside and outside the gym. My professional background includes diverse experience in the healthcare field, with roles in chiropractic care, pain management, and patient support. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong commitment to helping individuals improve their well-being and quality of life. In addition to my clinical work, I have a solid foundation in customer service, which has enhanced my ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. I am dedicated to combining my scientific knowledge with a personable approach to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
